Recruitment
Currently, we have homes across the black country and Birmingham. However, our team travels across the country to meet people and conduct assessments and transitions.
We are focused on residential care, adapted to the individual, as a safe environment in their own home. Our services receive in-person inspections by regulating officers (CQC).
We provide residential care for individuals (aged 16+) who display learning difficulties, disabilities, and autism. We specialise in mental health disorders, and our team receives tailored care for each individual we support.
This depends on the level of adaptations required to meet the individual's needs. We develop a range of accommodation options, including houses, bungalows, and apartments. You can expect a standard of 3-6 months; however, it is best to speak to one of our team members who can provide a realistic timeframe based on your requirements.
Our transition process is integral to building relationships with individuals and their staff. This has transformed how our individuals adapt to their new environment. Transition periods include meeting the individual in their current placement, trips to their new home, and, where possible, family involvement. We have previously carried out lengthy, positive transitions of 6 months.
